Being efficient and adaptable is a key skill for any business. In the debt collection sector, where the situation can change at short notice and information processing is a cornerstone of success, this is even more important.
In partnership with consulting companies, specializing in digital transformation, we have implemented technological solutions based on the so-called Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in ASA. The goal is to support the company’s successful development through custom-made developments to optimize operational processes. Implementing robots saves resources, minimizes errors and optimizes activities, improves data quality and increases collectability.
The team, working on the RPA projects at DCA, tells more about the software robots:
How many automated processes DCA currently has and what is their impact?
Currently we have about 10 fully robotized processes, distributed across various departments of the company. Since our first implementation we have witnessed savings of a significant amount of time and resources daily. The potential of robots is truly immense.
What are the prime aspects of implementing RPA for process automation?
Every company must identify the right processes for automation and entrust them to companies like Next Consult. It’s also vital for employees to understand that robots won’t take their jobs; rather, they’ll eliminate tedious tasks, reveal potential for future career development in more strategic and valuable areas.
Tell us more about your RPA journey.
My first encounter with software robots was in 2018, I had a firsthand experience at a conference and introduced the concept to my superiors. We ran the first 2 robots in DCA in 2020. From the perspective of time and experience, I can say that we made a very wise investment. Robots are irreplaceable in some of our company’s most crucial processes. We continue to develop more complex processes with RPA and budget for new robots each year.
The implementation of RPA in these major international companies across various industries has not only streamlined operations but also led to a new era of workforce efficiency and business flexibility. These success stories illustrate how strategic technological integration with RPA can propel businesses to new heights, setting new standards in their respective fields.
