DCA premiered its new brand identity to business partners and clients at a special event

Debt Collection Agency EAD (DCA) has a new corporate identity that represents the company as it strives to be – a modern and leading debt manager, socially and environmentally responsible and committed to sustainable development, as well as a stable, reliable and trusted partner to business and society. The new identity reflects not only the spirit of the organization, but also the values and character of the people involved in its development – bold, open, committed, resourceful and with a vision for the future. The company name and the current slogan – Success requires trust, remain as significant and essential elements.

DCA presented its new logo and corporate design firstly to its business partners and clients at a glamorous and memorable event on 27 November at Pirotska 5 Event Center in Sofia. The premiere, with which the company also celebrated its 14th birthday, was attended by the company’s partners from the financial, banking and telecom sectors, each of whom, as is tradition, was personally welcomed by the company’s management.

The program for the evening included a magical performance by the talented artists and acrobats of New Circus, who presented the beauty of circus stage art in a new, modern and exciting way. The past path of development

At the very beginning of the evening and as a prelude to the theme of the new identity, the guests were welcomed by Zornitsa Bankina, one of the two executive directors of the company, and Dimitar Bonchev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DCA. “Thank you for celebrating 14 years of DCA with us. A new stage of our development is about to begin and we hope that you will like it and recognize it as your own, just as we accept it as ours,” Dimitar Bonchev addressed the attendees, hinting at the new corporate identity. “Like art and the world in general, we are driven to move forward, to evolve and adapt to change. Our new identity is a reflection of our dynamic development so far and the path we have walked, the lessons and experience we have gained, building on our mission, vision and values as well as on our business and social partnerships,” Zornitsa Bankina said. She also thanked the guests for their presence, which was “the real birthday present of DCA”.

In her speech, Zornitsa Bankina also recalled the strength and high professional qualities of DCA’s team, the trust that the partners have placed in the company over the past 14 years and the results achieved – more than 900 thousand acquired debts with a par value of over BGN 2.5 billion. “What builds a company most fully is its team and management. Throughout the years, we have been fortunate to work with leading experts and professionals. This gives us the impulse and energy to go forward with full force,” she added, after which she and Dimitar Bonchev officially launched the company’s new brand identity with a video and festive confetti.

The symbolism in the new logo

The new brand of DCA emphasizes the high commitment and responsibility of the company to its clients, partners and society as a whole, the trust built between them, the stable and effective cooperation, close interaction and interconnectedness, all embodied in the letter “B” and highlighted by the symbolism of the blue color. The maintenance of transparent and open relations and communication with all stakeholders, another essential and well-established aspect of the company’s activities, is clearly indicated by the transparent letter “C”. The latter also conveys a message of adaptability to a changing environment and the capacity to seize new opportunities.

Distinctive and significant is the presence of the color green in the new logo and it is no coincidence – in addition to being a symbol of freshness, health, including in the financial sense of the word, security, reliability and positive change – all accents that ASV strives to contribute to its core business for the benefit of clients, partners and society as a whole, the company has been strongly involved in recent years with real social initiatives and projects to protect the environment and preserve biodiversity (see more in the box below).

DCA has a new green project – it will support water protection in Bulgaria

DCA has launched a new green project in support of the protection of Bulgaria’s waters, along with the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation. The partnership was officially announced at the event on 27 November. “Every year we try to draw public attention to an important issue. And in 2025 it is water. The reason is that it is very vulnerable resource on which we all depend”, explained the essence of the cooperation Yordanka Slavova, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation.

DCA has already collaborated with the Green Balkans. The partnership with the two NGOs involved in nature conservation is part of DCA’s ESG and CSR programme. In addition to the corporate level, the company’s employees also contribute to causes and projects that improve the living environment as volunteers, in more than one and two social and green campaigns, including reforestation of forests in the country.

The long-standing partnership of DCA with SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria, another significant cause for the agency over the years, was once again a main focus at the event. The company is among the regular corporate donors of the organization, which makes sure that every child lives in a suitable environment. Vesselin Komitov, Chairman of the Board of the association,  was among the guests at the event and used the occasion to thank the company again for the support. “DCA is steadfast with us and they support us both financially and morally so that we are able to care for the children and young people”, he said.
