We would like to announce a shift in the management of DCA and the election of two new members to the Board of Directors.

After a brief pause, Diyan Assenov returns to the board, having previously held this position from October 2023 to July 2024. Yulyan Assenov has also been elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. The current chairman, Dimitar Bonchev, has stepped down from the company’s management. The change has already been entered in the Commercial Register.

The rest of the board members remains unchanged – Zornitsa Bankina and Dragomir Milkov are CEOs.
